Dispatch Fee & Cancellation Policy

HomeHelp Cancellation Policy: • Exceptions at HomeHelp's discretion. • Cancel or reschedule 24+ hours before appointment: No fee. • Cancel or reschedule within 24 hours or no-show: $50 fee. • Outstanding fees must be paid before scheduling additional services. • Purchases that require a deposit are non-refundable and will be applied toward the no-show fee if applicable. Dispatch Fee: • A non-refundable $50 dispatch fee applies to every scheduled appointment. • If any service is provided, the $50 fee will be credited toward your total invoice. • If no service is rendered, the $50 fee remains due. Booking confirms acceptance of this policy.
