Serving Calgary homeowners with thorough assessments to maximize energy efficiency and system longevity. 🛠️ Whats included? • Visual Inspection • Electrical Evaluation • Mounting & Structural Check • Efficiency Assessment • Report Assessment 📅 Recommended Inspection Schedule • Annually • After Severe Weather • Unexpected Drop in Energy Production • Physical Damage • Inverter Alerts • Unusual Noises or Smells, (buzzing or burning smell) • Before Warranty Expiration Price differs with Subscription. *Your deposit will be subtracted from the total price you pay.*
Dispatch Fee & Cancellation Policy
HomeHelp Cancellation Policy: • Exceptions at HomeHelp's discretion. • Cancel or reschedule 24+ hours before appointment: No fee. • Cancel or reschedule within 24 hours or no-show: $50 fee. • Outstanding fees must be paid before scheduling additional services. • Purchases that require a deposit are non-refundable and will be applied toward the no-show fee if applicable. Dispatch Fee: • A non-refundable $50 dispatch fee applies to every scheduled appointment. • If any service is provided, the $50 fee will be credited toward your total invoice. • If no service is rendered, the $50 fee remains due. Booking confirms acceptance of this policy.
